Steve Hryszko brings to CBRE a distinguished track record in the self-storage sector. Mr. Hryszko is a member of the CBRE's' Self-Storage Advisory Group. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, he enhances the investment side of the self storage business and is actively involved in serving large national and regional institutional owners, as well as smaller local clients.
With 20 years of indepth real estate experience, Mr. Hryszko's most recent position was Vice President of Acquisitions for U-Store-It. He was directly responsible for self-storage acquisitions and dispositions for the firm. Additionally, he negotiated transactions and performed financial analysis, site selection and all financial due diligence. Prior to his career at U-Store-It, Mr. Hryszko worked in corporate real estate for Amsdell Companies and at Lesco, Inc., and began his real estate career with CBRE as one of first researchers in the Cleveland office.
