Steve Hryszko joins CB Richard Ellis with a distinguished track record in the self-storage sector. Mr. Hryszko heads CB Richard Ellis' national Self-Storage Advisory Group. Based in Cleveland, Ohio he will enhance the investment side of the self storage business and be actively involved in serving large national and regional institutional owners as well as smaller local clients.
With 20 years of indepth real estate experience, Mr. Hryszko's most recent position was Vice President of Acquisitions for U-Store-It. He was directly responsible for self-storage acquisitions and dispositions for the firm. Additionally, he negotiated transactions and performed financial analysis, site selection and all financial due diligence. Prior to his career at U-Store-It, Mr. Hryszko worked in corporate real estate for Amsdell Companies and at Lesco, Inc., and began his real estate career with CB Richard Ellis as one of first researchers in the Cleveland office.
