Mr. Stecz is a managing member of the Columbus Private Capital Group and has nearly 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He joined CB Richard Ellis as an Investment Property Specialist in 1997, and since then has consummated retail, office and industrial sale transactions totaling over $1.7 billion in aggregate value.

George acquired a rounded background in commercial real estate dispositions, acquisitions and development while performing property acquisitions for Duke Realty Corporation. He was intimately involved in acquisitions totaling over $80 million during the period of 1994-1997. George also served as Development Controller at Duke and was a key member in the financing and development of over six million square feet of office, industrial and retail product during his tenure there.
