Mr. Stecz joined CB Richard Ellis as an Investment Property Specialist in early 1997 with 11 years previous commercial real estate experience at Duke Realty Investments, Inc.  Since joining CB Richard Ellis, George has consummated retail, office and industrial sale transactions totaling over $1.3 billion in aggregate value.

George acquired an extensive background in commercial real estate dispositions, acquisitions and development while performing property acquisitions for Duke; he was intimately involved in acquisitions totaling over $80 million during the period of 1994-1997.  George also served as Development Controller at Duke and was a key member in the financing and development of over six million square feet of office, industrial and retail product during his tenure there.
