Joe McDermott is a Senior Vice President, who, specializes in industrial and investment properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic States. Since 1980, Mr. McDermott has completed transactions which have included the sale and/or leasing of single and multi-tenant properties, the sale and development of land for industrial build-to-suit and speculative building projects, exclusive client representation projects, and investment property analysis and sales. During his career at CB Richard Ellis, he has brokered over 625 transactions involving over 50 million square feet of building space having on aggregate value of over $1.5 Billion. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. McDermott was Director of Industrial Real Estate Development at Warner Company, a Philadelphia based public company.
