Jeffrey Ackerman is a national Managing Director of the CBRE Private Capital Group and is also part of the CBRE's Capital Market’s national leadership team. He co-leads the group nationally with Jennifer Pierson based in Dallas, TX. The Private Capital Group is part of CBRE's Investment Properties Group, which is the industry leader in the acquisition and disposition of income producing properties and has been ranked by Real Capital Analytics as the No. 1 firm in U.S. real estate investment sales activity for 10 consecutive years.

Mr. Ackerman is an Executive Vice President with the Investment Properties Group in Pittsburgh and a member of CBRE’s Healthcare Capital Markets Group. He specializes in advising clients in the disposition and acquisition of income-producing office, retail, multi-family and net-leased properties. With more than 25 years of experience in representing both institutional and private real estate investors, Mr. Ackerman is widely recognized as the market leader in the Pittsburgh area in the sale of investment properties and has closed over $3 billion of commercial property transactions. By concentrating exclusively on the sale of investment properties, he is able to focus on the complex details of major sales transactions, utilizing his expertise in understanding the capital markets, knowing and accessing investors, and underwriting and developing marketing strategies for the disposition of investment properties. He has been honored numerous times by CBRE at its annual recognition conference as one of its top producers nationally.
