As Executive Vice President, Jeremy Kronman specializes in Asset Leasing and Brokerage, with a focus on value-added, development and re-positioning opportunities. His clients rely, expect and receive professional strategy, guidance and execution on complicated real estate transactions.
Over the last 20 years Mr. Kronman has leased or sold more than $5 billion of real estate assets, representing over 900 closed real estate transactions. Prior to CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Kronman was Executive Vice President at the Soffer Organization. Prior, Mr. Kronman was Senior Vice President of Insignia Oxford with a leasing portfolio of over 5 million square feet and 1.5 million square feet of office development projects, plus 500 acres of land sales. Prior to Insignia, Mr. Kronman was Vice President of the Trammell Crow Company. He was a senior member of NAI’s brokerage team and National Investment Council from 1992-97.
Mr. Kronman was recognized nationally by Globe Street as one of the top 5 office brokers in the United States in 2008 and by Globe Street and Real Estate Forum for closing the Largest Office Lease in the United States in 2007. He has been awarded 24 regional brokerage awards for largest office leases, sale and creative deals, and been recognized over 60 times in the Pittsburgh Business Times’ list of the Top Real Estate Deals in Western Pennsylvania, including 6 times as the largest transaction of the year. In 2010 and 2009, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors have presented him with 5 National Office Leasing awards including the national office deal of the year in consecutive years.
In 2007, he was recognized by CBRE as one of their top 200 brokers; in 2008, he was recognized by CBRE as a member of the prestigious Colbert Coldwell Circle, representing their top 100 brokers; in 2009 was honored as one of CBRE's top 20 brokers in the Americas, and in 2010 was again honored both as a member of the prestigious Colbert Coldwell Circle as well as one of CBRE’s top 25 office leasing professionals.
