Robert (Bob) Barrineau is a broker who specializes in industrial real estate throughout South Carolina. He represents clients in the sale and leasing of industrial buildings, site acquisitions, build-to-suits, tenant representation and industrial investment sales.
A South Carolina native, Bob started his career with a law firm that focuses on real estate and development. After gaining valuable experience, he then became an appraiser to combine his knowledge of real estate and construction, his family’s business. Four years later, he became a commercial broker.
Bob enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time. He currently resides in West Ashley with his wife and their two children. Achievements
