Jim Morris provides retail investment services for owners, investors, developers, and retailers throughout the southeast. Based in Nashville, he advises clients on valuation and due diligence issues during the execution of acquisition, disposition, and sale/leaseback transactions.
Jim focuses on both anchored and non-anchored retail properties along with the net-leased / free standing retail market. He spends considerable time tracking retailer credit, lender issues, and sale comparables so that his clients can have thorough insight to realistic market values. In addition, Jim has experience brokering both stable and distressed properties that are redevelopment candidates. CB Richard Ellis Investment Properties' platform gives his clients an edge in obtaining maximum exposure for their properties, greater buyer urgency, and higher considerations.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Jim held a similar position at the Nashville office of Trammell Crow Company.
