Paul Gaither has been with the CB Richard Ellis Investment Properties Group since 1997. Mr. Gaither specializes in providing investment advisory services for both private and institutional shopping center owners. He is responsible for coordinating new business development, client relations, marketing, due diligence, financial underwriting, and assignment execution for retail investment properties throughout Tennessee.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Gaither worked for Charles King Architects in Chattanooga, Tennessee and Lewis Group Architects in Knoxville, Tennessee. His duties included the design and project management of numerous hotel, retail, and industrial facilities.
