Ryan S. Reid joined CB Richard Ellis in 1999 and currently serves as the National Director of Student Housing. Mr. Reid's specialties are investment underwriting, marketing, transaction execution, sales negotiation and escrow management. Mr. Reid's focus is on the team's student housing business involving properties located close to college campuses with large student populations. During the past five years, Mr. Reid has been involved in the sale of over $1 billion in in multi-housing and student housing assets.
