Mary Maxey has specialized in representing tenants and leasing major office projects since 1983. She has handled millions of square feet of complex transactions with a variety of companies while acquiring broad expertise in a range of fields including acquisitions, dispositions, asset management and site selection. In 1998, Mary made the transition to Global Corporate Services where she provides valuable insight into the needs of large corporate users of space, and into the perspective of landlords as well.
Mary began her career in Landlord representation, and gained a reputation for being a "turnaround" specialists. She converted Phoenix Tower, the notorious "see through" building of the 1980's, to a Houston success story. With careful analysis and a strategic marketing plan, Mary leased Flour Daniel's campus facility to national corporate users enhancing the market value of the project through diversification.
