Elliott joined CB Richard Ellis in April 2002 to advocate for tenants and users of commercial real estate. His activities include strategic planning, financial analysis, and a broad range of transactional activities.

Elliott has completed more than 160 assignments and has experience in several national markets. Since joining the firm, he has played an integral role in completing assignments for the following clients:

• FMC Technologies, Inc.
• Wells Fargo Bank
• Baker & McKenzie
• Methodist Healthcare System
• Crain, Caton & James

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Hirshfeld spent over three years representing office properties owned by Archon Group, TA Associates, and Aetna. He later transitioned to tenant representation to complete assignments for American Express, Bank One, and El Paso Corporation.
