John Pruitt joined the Downtown Houston office of CB Richard Ellis in 1985 and relocated to the Galleria office in 1996. He has specialized in representing landlords in the leasing of office buildings. In his twenty-six (26) years as an Office Building Leasing Specialist, John has successfully closed over 3,500 office lease transactions with an aggregate value of over $1.5 billion.

John Pruitt began his career at CB Richard Ellis in 1985. In 1995, he was promoted to Vice President, in 1998 he was promoted to First Vice President, and finally was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2000. In February 2000, John officially teamed with two other office brokers to focus strategically on our core business, leasing and sales of office buildings in Houston.
