Naveen Jaggi joined CB Richard Ellis in 2002. Naveen specializes in serving retail clients with needs for acquisitions, dispositions and consulting. Naveen has represented corporate service clients such as Shell Oil Company, Ford Motor Company and AT&T as well as retail clients such as Walgreens, Ikea,  Dollar General, Staples and JCPenney. In 2007, Naveen was promoted to lead the retailer representation practice in the United States.

Naveen is currently Senior Managing Director, Retail Services: Retailer Representation, The Americas.  In his leadership role, Naveen is responsible for overseeing and managing all tenant representation matters for CBRE’s retail division for the United States, Canada and Mexico.

In his role leading the retailer representation practice, Naveen works with U.S. based and international retailers on all aspects of a retailer’s life cycle; from multi-market entry strategy, site selection analytics, acquisition underwriting to portfolio optimization and disposition strategy.
