Mr. Alexander is a First Vice President in CB Richard Ellis' Houston office. Now in his 34th year with CB Richard Ellis, Tommy has specialized in developing and implementing marketing strategies for Landlords and Tenants such as Metro National Corporation, Enserch Corporation, Washington Mutual Bank, Honeywell, Exxon, Cigna and IBM. He has been successful in handling both large and small leasing transactions for Landlords and is an aggressive and creative leasing representative who provides a "hands on" approach to every aspect of the marketing plan.
Some of the many projects in which Tommy has created leasing strategies are as follows: One Memorial City Plaza, Two Memorial City Plaza, Enserch Tower, Park Laureate, IBM Sublease Space and Washington Group Sublease Space.
He has been one of the top salesmen in the Houston / Galleria office for many years. His integrity and market knowledge has been most instrumental in his success.
