His resume includes more that 20 million square feet of career sales and $1.9 billion in transactions since 2005.  Mr. Mills has been awarded CB Richard Ellis’ “Top Five Producer” for Central Texas for the last ten years and was recognized as one of CBRE’s National “Top 200 Sale Professionals” in 2005 and 2007. In 2006, Todd’s team closed the highest sale price per square foot in both the Austin and San Antonio markets.
