Opened in January 2007, CB Richard Ellis - Charlottesville, LLC is the newest commercial real estate office located in the Mid-South Region. Located in a high growth region of central Virginia, CBRE Charlottesville serves a large area, including Albemarle, Augusta, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, Madison, Nelson and Orange counties. The office's 19 professionals offer expertise in brokerage, asset services, sales, leasing and marketing of investment properties, retail centers, office buildings and multi-family. In 2008, the Charlottesville office completed 18 lease transactions encompassing 63,674 square feet totaling $5.87 million, and 24 sales transactions valuing $51.4 million.
Charlottesville is one of CBRE's offices in the Mid-Atlantic region, which also includes offices in Norfolk, Newport News and Richmond, Virginia, and Raleigh and Greensboro, North Carolina.
