Lang Williams joined the Norfolk, Virginia, CB Richard Ellis office in 2004 after nearly a decade with CBRE in Denver, Colorado. Since joining the Norfolk office, Lang has completed nearly 1,500,000 square feet in tenant representation assignments. Throughout his career with CBRE, clients have entrusted Lang with over 300 assignments totaling nearly $330 million in consideration.

Lang’s primary focus is corporate tenant representation for industrial, flex, and office space acquisitions.  In addition, he serves select investors on land acquisitions, leasing, and property dispositions.  He has represented clients in both the public and private sectors, ranging from local small businesses to Fortune 100 corporations and the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Lang’s clients benefit from his leveraging the global resources and professionals of CB Richard Ellis.

Lang was recognized for completing five of the largest leases in Hampton Roads, including the #1 “Deal of the Year” for industrial lease in 2007, and in 2006, #1 and #2 “Deals of the Year” in the single-story flex building category and the #2 and #3 “Deals of the Year” in the office category.  Recent assignments have included representing a Fortune 500 company in a 361,000 SF warehouse lease, one of the largest warehouse leases ever completed in Hampton Roads; negotiating the consolidation of twelve separate leases into master lease agreements totaling 78,000 SF for a public sector client; and securing the anchor tenancy and building signage in a new Class A office building for a major accounting firm.
