A sixteen-year veteran of CB Richard Ellis, Lang specializes in tenant representation of corporations large and small. He partners with his clients to evaluate their company’s lease portfolio and to help clients uncover opportunities for significant savings. During 2009 and 2010, Lang negotiated $7.5 million in savings for his clients on 71 completed assignments. During his career Lang has completed over 377 assignments totaling over $382 million in consideration. His clients range from companies with a single location seeking a lease renewal versus relocation analysis to Fortune 100 and public sector clients seeking strategic consulting and real estate services for their global operations.

Lang continually strives for improvement in service, capabilities, and knowledge. During his career at CBRE, he earned his MBA by attending night school at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, and attained his LEED AP designation (Green Building Certification Institute’s recognition of professionals dedicated to incorporating sustainable practices in real estate earned through rigorous course work and an exam). Lang has also earned the SIOR designation (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®), a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry.  Lang keeps current with best practices and trends by attending real estate and other industry conferences.
