Richmond is one of CBRE's offices in the Mid-Atlantic region, which also includes offices in Norfolk, Newport News,  Charlottesville, and Fredericksburg, Virginia, and Raleigh, and Greensboro, North Carolina. These offices work together to deliver services that produce the best business results for our clients.   In 2009, the combined Mid-South offices (excluding Charlotte) completed 106 sales transactions totaling $244 million, and 1,161 leasing transactions encompassing 13.4 million square feet totaling $720.7 million.
