Rob Black has over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry as a manager and broker.  He is primarily responsible for leading the Retail Services Group to be one of the top groups in the Market.  Rob has completed a number of Investment Sales transactions and specializes in Retail Land Brokerage and Shopping Center leasing.  Previously, he was Director of Retail Leasing for Robinson Sigma Commercial Real Estate, Inc., in their Richmond office.  Rob is Vice President and Director of Retail Services for the CB Richard Ellis Richmond Office.  He has received production awards for the last 15 years.  Rob was a Top 10 Producer for the Richmond Office in 2008.  He was awarded Deal of the Quarter for the First Quarter of 2009.

Rob is presently working with Cobb Theaters securing sites in the Southeast.  He exclusively represents Haverty’s, Merchants Tire/Tire Kingdom, Ashley Furniture, Toys “R” Us, Einstein Bagels and Sprint for expansion in Virginia.
