Since joining CB Richard Ellis in 1982, Lane Bockman has amassed extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of industrial real estate services that provides Clients with the best possible solutions for their unique and individual requirements. Lane's diverse transactional experience creating personal relationships with a wide variety of businesses coupled with his property-specific market knowledge throughout the Puget Sound region and the Pacific Northwest provides him with the dynamic skills that have helped him acheive a transaction volume of over $1.27 billion and involvement in the sale or lease of over 33 million square feet.
Lane has achieved regional "Top 10" status every year since 1989. He was a Forecast Breakfast speaker in 1989 and 1993, and was the 1995 SIOR Broker of the Year. Lane is consistently recognized as one of the top producers at CB Richard Ellis.
Lane is the Director of Global Logistics Group for the Pacific Northwest and is a member of CB Richard Ellis Food Group. Achievements Lane has been a featured speaker at regional NAIOP meetings, as well as a speaker at CB Richard Ellis' annual event, the Forecast Breakfast.
