Dani’s 25 year professional career began as a CPA with Deloitte and Touche (an international accounting and financial advisory company), specializing in corporate taxation. Attracted to innovative emerging growth companies, Dani left Deloitte to work directly with entrepreneurial businesses providing audit and risk, consulting, financial advisory and tax services, including, the negotiation of large-scale settlements with the IRS and loan workouts with lender’s “Special Services” divisions.

Transitioning into commercial real estate, specializing in retail properties, Dani’s work includes land and investment sales, shopping center development consulting, private/public coalitions in the development of mixed-use “new downtown” projects, leasing and representation of regional and national tenants throughout Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
