Dan has been involved in commercial real estate in the Greater Puget Sound area since 1988. From the Grubb & Ellis Company in Seattle, he moved to a smaller, regional firm, Martin Smith Inc, and then to CB Richard Ellis.
Dan has an in-depth understanding of the downtown office market. Dan exclusively represents Samis Foundation for the leasing of the Washington Shoe Building (and until the sale in May 2006, The Smith Tower Building). He has a variety of other Landlord assignments in the downtown core as well.
Additionally, Dan assists a number of investor clients in acquisition and disposition of commercial property. Achievements
