Dan has been involved in commercial real estate in the Greater Puget Sound area since 1988. From the Grubb & Ellis Company in Seattle, he moved to a smaller, regional firm, Martin Smith Inc, and then to CB Richard Ellis.

Dan has an in-depth understanding of the downtown office market. Dan has a split practice that involves representing both office users and owners of commercial properties.  By having a balanced understanding of both the landlord and the tenant perspective, Dan is able to provide critical guidance to his clients relative to the market conditions at any given time.  A select list of companies represented is referenced below.

Additionally, Dan assists a number of investor clients in acquisition and disposition of commercial property.
