Professional Experience Since 1979, Mr. Martin has worked toward achieving and maintaining unsurpassed excellence in commercial real estate through professionalism, integrity and performance. He has the unique perspective of having served on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Board of REALTORS® (CBOR), the Commercial Alliance of REALTORS® (CAR), the Michigan Commercial Alliance of REALORS® (MiCAR) and the Michigan Association of REALTORS® (MAR). He has held various leadership positions within each organization.Achievements
- Mr. Martin was recognized by CB Richard Ellis as one of the company's top 100 U.S. Sales Professionals in 2001 and again in 2007. He was also included in the 2003 Colbert Coldwell Circle List, which identifies the top 3% performers within the organization worldwide.
- In 2003, the Commercial Board of REALTORS® (CBOR) designated Mr. Martin as "Realtor of the Year."
- In 1996 Mr. Martin was awarded the Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) designation by the American Society of Real Estate Counselors, joining an elite roster of 1,100 experienced real estate specialists representing nineteen countries.
