Vance Maddocks assumed the role of CEO in January 2007.  He is also the leader and architect of the Strategic Partners U.S. program, CB Richard Ellis Investors’ U.S. value-added fund series.  Since 2000, the Strategic Partners U.S. program has completed transactions totaling more than $5.0 billion.

Mr. Maddocks has 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has been active in all phases of the investment process including equity capital raising, mortgage origination and structuring, joint venture structuring, leasing and dispositions.

Mr. Maddocks is a three-time recipient of the CB Richard Ellis Chairman’s Award for Leadership.  In 2006, he received the company’s highest honors for his distinguished service and deal making capability, the Edward S. Gordon Award.  He is the third CBRE recipient of this prestigious award in the history of the company.
