Across the Washington, DC/Baltimore Region CB Richard Ellis has served diverse commercial real estate needs of property owners, corporate users, institutions and the Federal Government for more than 30 years.  Consisting of four offices the Washington/Baltimore Region provides an extensive scope of services to clients in a variety of industries that include technology, bioscience, professional service firms and, of course, government-related business. The area's original CB Richard Ellis office opened in downtown Washington, DC in 1976, followed by the Northern Virginia office in 1982, with further expansion in 1983 to Baltimore and Bethesda, MD.  There are currently 370 professionals dedicated to delivering results to all of our clients in one of the country's most vibrant market areas.
