Wade Lord began his real estate career in 1988 as project director of Kauai Village Associates, developing the 113,597 square foot neighborhood/resort shopping center known as Kauai Village. His duties continued as General Manager responsible for the management and leasing of Kauai's second largest shopping center.
In 2000, Wade Lord joined Chaney, Brooks & Company as the General Manager responsible for the redevelopment of Kukui Grove Shopping Center, a 313,000 square foot regional mall in Lihue, Kauai and Parker Ranch Center, a 112,760 square foot neighborhood shopping center in Kamuela, Hawaii. Mr. Lord's experience in financial analysis, conceptual design, project management, tenant mix, tenant relations, community relations and promotion, advertising and publicity has proven valuable to these two shopping centers that has been successfully redeveloped.
Mr. Lord's experience in land planning, zoning and other relevant local government affairs relating to real estate development in these communities was also valuable knowledge brought to these two projects which benefit the Clients as "value added" services. Achievements
