The Salt Lake City office of CBRE today announced the sale of a 30,000-square-foot industrial facility. SIP Pioneer II, LLC, represented by Matt McAfee and Tom Dischmann, sold the facility to Archer Mechanical, a contractor represented by Andy Blunt.
Constructed in 1997, the facility boasts a strategic location with immediate access to I-215. The facility is located at 2745 West California Avenue in Salt Lake City and is situated on 4.86 acres.
“Archer Mechanical was looking for a way to expand their operations within the Salt Lake area,” commented Andy Blunt, senior associate. “Leasing activity within the local industrial market has been extremely robust and availability is limited, so the California Avenue facility provided the perfect opportunity for Archer to grow their business while remaining in the Salt Lake market.”
The seller, SIP Pioneer II, LLC, is a privately held company headquarted in Park City, Utah.
