CBRE Appoints Darcy Mackay Global Director Of Human Resources

CBRE Group, Inc. today announced that Darcy Mackay has been appointed Global Director of Human Resources. She will assume her new responsibilities on January 1, 2019.

Ms. Mackay will oversee CBRE’s worldwide human resources activities – including those related to talent development, diversity and compensation & benefits – impacting a global workforce totaling more than 80,000.

A longtime leader in various CBRE businesses, Ms. Mackay will bring extensive knowledge of the real estate services business, a strong focus on client outcomes and broad operational experience to her new role.

Ms. Mackay is currently President of CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions West Division. In this role she has global responsibility for CBRE’s occupier clients headquartered in the 13 western U.S. states, overseeing more than 5,000 employees providing enterprise facility management, project management, transaction management and strategic consulting services. In her 19 years with CBRE, Ms. Mackay has held many roles including Chief Operating Officer of the Americas Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services business and served as CBRE’s Global Head of Transaction Management and Portfolio Services.

Ms. Mackay holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and a Master of Public Policy, with an emphasis in real estate and land use economics, from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley.
