CBRE announced that Jim Dobleske will join the company on July 15 as Global President of Project Management.

A top executive with wide-ranging industry experience, Mr. Dobleske will be responsible for driving CBRE’s growth strategy for Project Management and working with the company’s 7,200 talented Project Management professionals around the world to help them deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

“We have a great opportunity to leverage our platform, scale and skill sets to deliver highly specialized project management client solutions,” said Jack Durburg, Global Chief Operating Officer, CBRE.  “Jim is the right executive to help us capitalize on this opportunity globally.”

Mr. Dobleske joins CBRE from JLL, where he held leadership positions of increasing responsibility for approximately 17 years. Most recently, he served as Global Head of Enterprise Sales for JLL’s Corporate Solutions business, and earlier was International Director of Project and Development Services, with oversight of project management strategy and delivery globally. Prior to JLL, he worked in project management at Ford Motor Company for 11 years, an experience that gives him keen insight into client requirements.

“This is an exciting time to be joining CBRE,” said Mr. Dobleske, who will be based in Charlotte. “The company is on a strong growth trajectory and its unrivalled global footprint and spectrum of expertise enable its professionals to create client outcomes that others are unable to match. I am energized about the opportunity ahead of us – for CBRE and our clients.”

Mr. Dobleske received an MBA from the University of North Texas and a BA from Grand Valley State University.

With Mr. Dobleske joining CBRE, Curt Grantham, who has been serving as Global President of Project Management, will focus exclusively on leading the company’s Project Management business in the Americas. Due to the size and diversity of CBRE’s offering, Americas Project Management presents a significant growth opportunity for the company.
