The company signed a 20,886 square-feet office lease on the top floor of the new Class-A six-story development. NCS Multistage is moving from Chasewood Crossing II on the same campus. The office park is aimed at companies that want to decrease suburb commute times and improve the quality of life for employees. Company leaders at NCS Multistage wanted a modern open office space that utilizes space efficiently and allows room for growth.
“With CRBE’s assistance we were able to start with a blank sheet and use new concepts in our space to more efficiently create our floor design and layout,” said Wade Bitter, NCS Multistage, CAO. “The headquarters relocation also facilitates a broader consolidation of our Houston facilities footprint. We are excited about our new location and new office layout.”
