In Denver and the surrounding suburbs, the amount of flexible office space has more than doubled over the past three years, to 2.8 million sq. ft.

The metro area is home to 52 different flexible space providers, from local and national offerings, to niche coworking providers focusing on a specific industry or demographic, to tech incubators helping startups get off the ground.
