Join us in Nashville for the 2023 CBRE Multifamily Summit from Monday, May 15 to Tuesday, May 16, 2023.  This event will bring senior executives from every facet of the multifamily industry together with CBRE professionals for two days of strategic business sessions, informational forums, and networking.

Featured topics will include global and U.S. economic discussion and forecast with top economists; real estate fundamentals outlook with a focus on the multifamily sector; breakout sessions with real-time insights from apartment owners and investors; in-depth discussion of the current debt financing markets; and personal insights from top industry players.

COVID-19 Policy Update

Your health and safety are our priority. We will no longer require proof of vaccine or testing to attend CBRE-hosted events. However, CBRE will follow all event safety measures as required by the local jurisdiction or the event venue.

Program

The CBRE Multifamily Summit will begin with a networking breakfast on Tuesday, May 16 at 8:00 a.m. and will conclude all sessions at 5:00 p.m.


Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Grand Hyatt Nashville at a discounted rate of $319 per night for both single and double occupancy rooms. Attendees are responsible for all room charges and incidental costs.

Flights

Attendees are responsible for their own airfare and flight arrangements. Nashville International Airport (BNA) is the closest airport to the hotel. BNA is a hub to most airlines and offers direct flights from almost all major cities.

You may plan to arrive on Monday afternoon, May 15th if you would like to attend the reception or on Tuesday morning, May 16th when sessions begin. Events will conclude on Tuesday evening with our networking reception. 


Ground Transportation

Please plan to use taxis to and from the airport.

Nashville in mid-May averages in the mid-70s.

Dress is business casual attire for the Summit and casual for the networking reception and dinner.
