  • Q2 2022 marked the 32nd consecutive quarter of positive demand for the Austin industrial market.
  • Industrial asking rents were up 4.1% , or $0.49 over the quarter, growing to 12.39 per sq. ft. NNN, and were up 16.6%, or $1.76 year-over-year.
  • Just over 1.8 million sq. ft. of positive net absorption, was tracked by CBRE Research over the first six months of the year – outpacing the mid-year record set in 2021.
  • Developers continued to add space to the market, and 616,189 sq. ft. was delivered in Far Northeast and Hays County.
