Inland Empire Office Figures Q3 2021

The Inland Empire (IE) posted a positive net absorption of 27,524 sq. ft. in Q3 2021 -the highest amount since Q1 2020.

The overall average asking lease rate increased to $1.96 per sq. ft. per month a 7% decrease year over year.

Net absorption ended Q3 2021 with positive 27,524 sq. ft., dropping the year-to-date total to negative 18,605 sq. ft.
