Two minimal buildings completions totaling 161,000 sq. ft. allowed vacancy to continue to decrease 180 bps year-over-year to 5.9%.

Orlando’s industrial market posted Q2 net absorption of 721,000 sq. ft. This was largely propelled by activity in the Southeast Orange County submarket.  

The direct average asking lease rate for Q2 2021 is $7.59 per sq. ft., remaining about the same from the previous quarter and a $0.55 increase over Q2 2020.
