- The overall vacancy rate for the PA I-78/I-81 Corridor dropped to a record-low 3.8% in Q1 2022 as occupiers expanded into an additional 4.9 million sq. ft. of space.
- Average asking rents increased to $5.94 per sq. ft., up 3.0% quarter-over-quarter and 15.3% year-over-year.
- The development pipeline remained robust with 33.5 million square feet under construction, of which 45.1% was pre-leased.
