Philadelphia Big-Box Retail Report H2 2024

For the first time since the pandemic, the amount of available big-box space in the Greater Philadelphia market increased during the second half of 2024. The number of available big-box spaces rose from 65 to 70 and the available square footage grew from 5.2 million sq. ft. to 5.6 million sq. ft., an 8% increase. Prior to this, big-box availabilities steadily had declined from a high of 7.7 million sq. ft. within 99 spaces in 2021.
