Erika Ozer joined CBRE in November 2019 as SVP, People Business Partner REI & Corporate Functions. She and her global team are responsible for developing and implementing the business unit’s human capital strategy, coaching/advising leaders in matters related to their employees and facilitating key processes globally such as compensation planning, performance management, talent development and succession planning. Ms. Ozer is a member of the CBRE Global Investors Executive Committee.
Ms. Ozer began her career in the industry in 2003. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Ozer was at Swiss Re for 16 years, where she served as the global Head of Human Resources for Life Capital, one of Swiss Re’s three business units. Prior to her role with Life Capital, she served as the Head of Human Resources for Swiss Re in the U.S and as Swiss Re’s in house employment counsel for the Americas.
Ms. Ozer earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a Juris Doctorate degree from New York University School of Law. Prior to her work in human resources, Ms. Ozer worked in the labor and employment groups at several law firms in New York City and Boston.
