Abigail Deluso joined CBRE in March of 2013 as a Client Services Coordinator supporting an Advisory and Transactions and Industrial team. Abigail now serves as the Office Services Manager for the Chicago downtown office. In this role, Abigail partners with Managing Directors and the Operations Director in the implementation of current and new policies while insuring overall office operations effectiveness.
As Office Services Manager, Abigail is responsible for managing activities related to office services operations. These activities include onboarding new employees, maintaining office facilities and vendor relationships, special events, and implementation of business continuity plans for the office. She collaborates with other areas, such as the HR, IT and Marketing departments to assist with assessment of technology, training needs, and execution of training programs for the office. Abigail also manages the office services team including office clerks and concierge to ensure office efficiency.
