Adam joined CBRE in 2006 as a Project Manager on the ExxonMobil account. Adam was responsible for Retail and Environmental projects. Adam was promoted to Team Lead for a group consisting of three Project Managers and one associate Project Manager for all capital improvements in the Florida market. Adam was responsible for a $33 million annual budget ranging in project size of 15,000 to 4 million square feet. These programs included retail ground-up sites, interior remodels, fuel system and image upgrades programs. In 2012, Adam joined the BB&T account where his current assignment is delivering a diverse range of projects for the Admin group within BB&T. These projects range from back office, mission critical facilities, various tenant improvements, and high net worth client facing space throughout BB&T’s Florida, Mid-west and West coast markets. Prior to joining CBRE Adam spent eight years working for a design build firm in Tampa FL where his latest role was head of construction responsible for P/L which focused on retail commercial sites.
