Adam Mullen is Senior Managing Director, Industrial & Logistics. In that role Mr. Mullen manages and leads all aspects of CBRE’s supply chain and logistics business in the United States, Canada and Latin America.

Mr. Mullen oversees a team of professionals who were responsible for more than $42 billion in industrial transactions in 2015 – all focused on delivering exceptional outcomes to both occupiers and investors. The importance of industrial real estate continues to grow exponentially, as occupiers find themselves in a supply chain arms race – chasing growth, improved service, cost takeout, mergers and acquisitions and business continuity. Additionally, occupiers increasingly leverage industrial real estate as a competitive advantage, requiring business case sophistication and a modernized approach to both site selection and analytics.
He previously served as the Occupier and Supply Chain Leader for CBRE Industrial & Logistics. Mr. Mullen worked hand-in-hand with CBRE’s top clients and sales professionals, helping companies achieve their business imperatives by providing business transformation leadership.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Mr. Mullen spent almost 10 years in the supply chain consulting industry, building a strong track record in complex supply chain projects and fostering long-term client partnerships. He has helped design and implement supply chain change for many of the world’s top brands across multiple industries; including omni-channel, eCommerce, retail, manufacturing, pharma, industrial supplies, third party logistics, and consumer goods.
