Mr. Aufhammer has demonstrated significant success integrating CBRE’s specialized occupier resources for complex occupier assignments and building integrated Business Cases to optimize decision making. These resources include consulting, multiple advisory services and transaction specialists.
He leads multiple cross disciplinary teams that provide insightful needs assessment and diagnostics of client requirements, formulate innovative occupancy solutions, develop useful decision support tools and execute optimized occupancy transactions. Alan’s work advising companies throughout the US enables him to provide clients with the latest best practices for innovative client occupancy solutions.
Earlier in Alan’s commercial real estate career he was a broker serving clients by negotiating creative transactions to implement strategic initiatives. Through this hands-on experience, Alan has a real-world perspective on how best to maximize value for clients in the actual implementation of a company’s strategic real estate vision. He has achieved top national broker recognition as a member of CBRE’s Colbert Coldwell Circle.
