Alan Grace entered the commercial real estate industry in October 1995.
Mr. Grace adds the most value to tenants and owner occupants utilizing office space in multi and single-story office buildings and office intensive flex buildings. Mr. Grace has gained his experience and specialty via 353 lease and sale transactions since becoming a 100% commissioned real estate agent in 1997. As of yearend 2013, 81% of the 353 transactions derive from office and office/flex buildings and the tenant or owner occupant was represented in 75% of these transactions.
Mr. Grace has conducted business in more than a dozen states and the District of Columbia. Mr. Grace’s career includes seven years at Insignia’s Baltimore office which was acquired by CBRE, Inc., in 2003.
Mr. Grace joined CBRE, Inc. as Vice President in January 2012 and simultaneously formed a brokerage partnership with industry veteran Ketch Secor. The team delivers superior service by utilizing the global breadth of CBRE’s brokerage service line and collaborating with specialists within the additional service lines uniquely offered by CBRE. The team grew with the addition of Ryan Engles in April 2014.
