Alex McIntosh, MAI, is a Vice President with the Valuation and Advisory Services division of CBRE, Inc. serving primarily the State of Arkansas and the greater South Central Region of CBRE. He has over 13 years of professional experience in real estate appraisal and real property consulting, primarily in Northwest and Central Arkansas. Over his career he has completed real estate appraisals, feasibility studies, rent analyses, litigation and market/ marketability studies over a variety of real property types in eight states. Mr. McIntosh holds the MAI designation and is one of only two appraisers on the Professional Development Litigation Registry of the Appraisal Institute in Arkansas. Presently he serves as the President of the Arkansas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
Mr. McIntosh's professional background extends across commercial, industrial and residential real estate appraisals and consulting assignments including a variety of property types; condominium projects, residential and commercial subdivisions, office (high-rise, MOB, general, surgical, mixed-use), retail (lifestyle centers, power centers, neighborhood centers), industrial facilities (warehouse, distribution, cold-storage, fabrication/ manufacturing, flex, R&D, trucking terminals), multi-family (student housing, garden apartments, rent controlled), partial Interests (leasehold, leased fee, sandwich lease, ground lease) and special use/ purpose facilities.
