Alex Sagues is a member of the San Francisco Urban Retail team, which focuses on representation and consulting for best-in-class landlords and tenants. Alex and the Urban Retail Team are called on for their exceptional consulting work for assets in need of repositioning, particularly with troubled or tired properties needing a fresh perspective and large national scale developments. As such, Alex and the team are thrilled to be working on the repositioning and place-making of 100,000 SF at the internationally iconic Ghirardelli Square with Jamestown Properties as well as 70,000 SF of retail in Uptown Oakland in the former Sears building with Strada and CIM, and the Candlestick Point and Shipyard developments with FivePoint (a subsidiary of Lennar), the largest development in San Francisco since World War II.
Alex is known for researching and discovering innovative and unique restaurant and retail concepts to complement the needs of the projects the Urban Retail Team represents. He is particularly passionate about food and restaurant-focused assignments, although his dedication to uncovering new and exciting retail concepts, particularly those thriving through omni-channel and experiential endeavors, is often noted.
