Professional Experience


With over 7 years of experience in brokerage, Alexis specializes in Landlord Representation, repositioning of assets, leasing and sales advisory and tenant representation.

Over the past her career, Alexis has completed over 200 transactions totaling approximately 2 million square feet in both office leasing and building sales. She completed her largest deal for approximately 235,000 SF at 555 Market Street representing the landlord, John Hancock Life Insurance. Alexis has been involved in the sales of approximately 500,000 SF of office buildings totaling over $300,000,000 in sale proceeds, as well as residential, office, hotel and retail development site sales totaling over $120,000,000 in sale proceeds.

In 2014, she was awarded CBRE Rookie of the Year for the Bay Area. She continues to focus on maintaining a deep-rooted knowledge of the market and providing her clients with best-in-class work ethic and works with a variety of clients ranging from family funds to the largest investment owners.

Alexis graduated cum laude from USC and as a double major with degrees in both Business and Public Relations. She is heavily involved in the philanthropy community and is a wish granter for the Make-a-Wish Foundation, in addition to being a longtime volunteer for the Special Olympics. She's currently a member at the Battery and enjoys entertaining clients there. She also is an active alumnae member of USC and her sorority, Pi Beta Phi.

In her free time, Alexis enjoys all things active including skiing, golf, spin, pilates, and traveling. She is a Marin County native and recently got married at the Olympic Club in San Francisco. Her and her husband Zac currently reside in Pacific Heights, San Francisco.
