As Marketing Manager within the Asset Services Division, Alissa Van Der Westhuizen supports day-to-day business development activities and marketing efforts for the National Marketing Group of CBRE. She is responsible for the management and production of high-quality proposals, pitches and business line materials on behalf of more than 30 local markets across the United States.
Alissa works closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to manage the group’s active pipeline and implement corporate initiatives. She ensures that all marketing tools and materials contain up-to-date information and meet corporate standards. In addition, Alissa is an editor of the division’s bi-annual newsletter and supports annual event coordination.
Prior to joining CBRE, Alissa held professional services marketing positions at TRC Companies and URS Corporation—both leading providers of engineering and environmental services for public agencies and private sector companies around the world.
