Ms. Andrea Earnhart is the Director of the Performance Innovation and Management Office (PIMO) for the GE Americas account. Andrea is also a member of the Governance Team with her primary responsibility being delivering performance improvement and service excellence across the account. Andrea’s PIMO team is responsible for data analytics, process/performance improvements, reporting, communications, technology, training and compliance.
Prior to GE, Andrea served as CBRE’s Director of Client Strategy & Consulting for the AT&T account and the Comerica account, where she oversaw a range of strategic initiatives covering transactions, projects and facilities. Andrea also served on the senior leadership teams for those accounts setting policy, goals and strategic vision for the accounts. Projects and initiatives in specific subject areas included strategic planning, portfolio optimization, rent optimization, workplace strategy, mergers and acquisitions, account transition/transformation, technology, communications and performance reporting.
Andrea has over 10 years of experience in consulting and related fields, beginning her career with Ernst & Young in Litigation Consulting. Prior roles also include Development Consulting and Hedge Fund Operations. Andrea received an M.S. in Finance and a B.B.A. in Accounting from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
