As a member of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Team, Angelo’s focus is Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services (A&T). Angelo offers local, regional and national clients the ability to bring together specialized expertise, local market knowledge and personalized service with the skillful scale, scope and reach of CBRE.
Angelo has been directly responsible for all aspects of A&T including, but not limited to: client strategy, site criteria development, broker management, market tours, negotiations and client reporting and updates. In this capacity Angelo has developed a well-rounded knowledge of retail markets and submarkets, and an analytical approach to efficiently identifying, negotiating and securing top locations for his clients.
Angelo brings several years of industry related experience. As a member of Retail Services, Angelo’s focus was on retailer representation. As a member of CBRE Research, he collected and analyzed data, and created customized reports used to educate clients on market trends and help secure business. Prior to joining CBRE, Angelo worked as a project manager at Downtown Akron Partnership, Inc. with an emphasis on property and market data research.
