As a seasoned professional with CBRE Development Project Management, Arnis Tupuritis brings a vast array of experience to the project management team. Serving as an Owner’s Representative, his responsibilities include comprehensive development planning, due diligence and construction administration for a wide variety of projects in the Chicagoland area. Arnis’s 30 plus years of progressive project management experience and commitment to quality client service, allow him to create value, minimize risk and deliver results in a time efficient and cost effective manner.
Arnis joined US Equities, now a part of CBRE in 1992. He has been responsible for numerous construction oversight projects on many of Chicago’s most prominent and historic landmarks, including the John Hancock Center Renovation, Navy Pier, O’Hare International Airport, Cook County Jail Building and University of Chicago Medicine’s Center for Care and Discovery. Formerly, he served as project manager for Peck Jones Construction and W.E. O’Neil Construction Company, completing projects such as the American Airlines Terminal 3 Expansion and Renovation, the Rookery Building renovation, Orleans Court high-rise apartment building, Continental Bank’s main computer facility and extensive renovations and additions to Lake Forest Hospital.
